1. Information processed
Depending on how you use Vinn.is, the service may process name, email, phone number, account information, company information, job advertisements, CV files, application text, application status, saved jobs and technical security information.
2. Why information is processed
Information is used to provide accounts, publish and manage jobs, deliver applications to employers, operate billing, secure the service, send service notifications and, where consent has been given, produce aggregate usage analytics.
3. Applications and employers
When a user applies for a job through Vinn.is, relevant application information is made available to the employer that published that job. The employer may then become independently responsible for its further processing of applicant information.
4. Storage and security
Private files such as CVs are stored outside the public web directory and are served only through access-controlled application routes. Passwords are stored as secure hashes. Billing and audit records may be retained where necessary for accounting, claims, security or operational traceability.
5. Your rights
Applicable data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, restrict or request deletion of personal information, subject to legal retention obligations and other lawful grounds for processing.
